How do I take comparable photos? / 如何拍出可对比的照片？

Use the guided capture on the Photos tab. Line up the ghost overlay of your last photo, follow the on-screen hints (move closer, tilt up…), and keep the tilt gauge in the green band. The quality gate will warn you if alignment, lighting or color drift from your last session.

在"照片"页使用引导拍摄：对齐上次照片的幽灵叠影，按提示微调（靠近、上仰……），让水平仪保持在绿色区间。若对齐/光线/色彩与上次偏差过大，拍后质量门会提示重拍。

How do I export a report for my dermatologist? / 如何导出就诊报告？

Settings → Doctor report. The PDF includes your photo series, adherence summary, capture conditions and notes.

设置 → 医生报告，导出的 PDF 包含照片序列、依从性摘要、拍摄条件表与备注。

How does iCloud sync work? / iCloud 同步如何工作？

Enable it in Settings → iCloud sync. Data syncs through your private iCloud database; sign in to the same Apple ID on a new iPhone and your history appears automatically. We never see your data.

在 设置 → iCloud 同步 中开启。数据通过你的私人 iCloud 数据库同步；换新 iPhone 登录同一 Apple ID 即自动恢复历史。我们无法看到你的数据。

How do I restore my purchase? / 如何恢复购买？

Settings → Crown Pro → Restore purchases, with the same Apple ID you purchased with.

使用当初购买的 Apple ID，在 设置 → Crown Pro → 恢复购买。

How do I manage or cancel my subscription? / 如何管理或取消订阅？

iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Crown Pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

iPhone 设置 → 你的姓名 → 订阅 → Crown Pro。取消将在当前计费周期结束时生效。

How do I delete my data? / 如何删除数据？

Delete individual sessions from a session's detail page, or delete the app to remove all local data. If iCloud sync was on, also remove Crown data in iPhone Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.

可在会话详情页删除单次记录；删除 App 即清除全部本地数据。若开启过 iCloud 同步，可在 iPhone 设置 → 你的姓名 → iCloud → 管理账户存储空间 中删除 Crown 的云端数据。

Is Crown a medical app? / Crown 是医疗 App 吗？

No. Crown documents change over time; it does not diagnose, measure hair density, or give medical advice. For medical decisions, consult a clinician.

不是。Crown 只记录变化，不诊断、不测量毛发密度、不提供医疗建议。医疗决策请咨询医生。
